Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the U.S. for a flat rate of $8 per order, no matter how many candles you add. If you're local to the Philadelphia area, contact us and we can coordinate a pickup or drop-off.

Orders ship once a week, on Mondays. Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern on Friday ship the following Monday. Orders placed after noon on Friday ship the Monday after that.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times estimated at checkout are counted from the day your order ships, not the day you order.

If an item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, you will be reimbursed for the purchase, including shipping fees.

With Love Candle Company is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost. If you believe your package was stolen or delivered to the wrong address, please contact your local post office, as we do not have control over the postal service.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
