You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order gets fulfilled and shipped out, you will receive another email with tracking information. 

Please note, shipping times estimated at checkout are from time of shipping, not time of order. Please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment as we are a small business and all candles are hand-poured in small batches.

If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, you will be reimbursed for the purchase, including shipping fees.

With Love Candle Company will not be reponsible for packages that are stolen or lost. If you feel your package was stolen or was delivered to a wrong address please contact your local post office as we do not have any control over postal service.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  Once an order has shipped the shipping address cannot be changed.
